Maya is close, but not exactly correct. If you do push-ups you will increase the underlying muscle tissue in your chest and thus increase your overall chest dimension not your cup size.
If you are talking about having a nicer shape, the push-ups will definitely help; however, if you lose fat due to exercise you may actually loose some breast size while increasing your chest dimensions at the same time (overall) helping your figure.
Remember breast tissue is essentially fat and nothing will add to your breast size alone (naturally); unless you add fat to your entire system.
If you have never worked out, I would suggest starting slowly with very small hand held weights or one pound wrist weights to increase the work load gradually. Push-ups can be frustrating for those that have never done them. Wear the weights for one week 15 minutes a day and each week increase the time by 5 minutes while doing house work etc... Doing natural movements will help acclimate you the greater load and then you can look into more strenuous exercises when you are ready.
As with anything like this, if you have any history of health problems check with a doctor first. I think that is just so doctors can make money, but now you can't sue me. I hope?!?

exercise won't do it for you, but push-ups will maintain and keep what you have looking nice for years to come.
