You can try some over the counter diet pills such as Xenadrine or HerbaLean. Those suckers work big time, but the side effects are horrible. Other than that, I suggest eating as little as possible. I ate only a few bites of a couple things for three days and I lost almost 1lb a day. Eat only veggies and drink only water, work out a lot and maybe throw in a diet pill and you should be good. It's a lot of lbs to work off, but you might be able to do it if you're motivated! Try your hardest and make sure you watch out for your safety.

You could try the beginning of the south beach diet. For three weeks just nothing but meat, vegetables, cheese, and eggs. Basically you can't eat anything with sugar in it like candy or fruit. I offer a warning though, after the three weeks are up you need to start slowly adding carbs back into yor diet, like an apple a day. If you don't do that you wil gain all the weight back and then some. I gaurentee that you will loose anout 13 pounds your first two weeks.

It really works! Good luck. I dont know if it will make you lose 20-30 pounds, but it depends on what size you are right now. The bigger you are, the more pounds you can shed quickly. This diet is only a week long, but you can do it the next week too. It really improves your health and makes you more energetic.

I would say that losing 10 pounds a week was very unhealthy, if it wasn't so damn impossible.
Anyone who claims that you can lose that much is an idiot. A human body consumes on average 2000 calories a day, or 14000 a week. Even if you ate absolutely NOTHING, you still wouldn't be losing more than 4-5 lbs a week (because 3500cal = 1 lbs of fat). Exercing might contribute an additonal pound or two but you would run out of motivation to do it very quickly.

I'm doing south beach, I lost 10 lbs in the first week. Consult a doctor, though. This kind of weight loss is not generally considered safe. Drink lots of water. Work out. Most of all, be careful! Good Luck

Here's what you do....eat less than 150 calories at a time every two hours...no more. Exercise in any way that you like for the 30 minutes after eating....I lost 10lbs. a week doing this, but it can't be done for very long...also throw the scale out. Best wishes

its almost impossible to lose that much in 2 weeks ,unless yuor like 500 pounds to start off with, plus its dangerous,, the best way to lose weight and keep it off is slow and sensible eating, ,weight watchers is a great diet

you wont lose 20 lbs in two weeks it's not safe but the best thing to do is cut out all meats and juices and no eating after 7pm. i went from 230 to 184.
