I have been lifting for a while and I have been unable to gain any significant muscle mass. What am I doing wrong? What are some good tips when is comes to gaining muscle. I want to focus mainly on biceps and triceps. Thanks.

Have you seen the painful and pathetic look of many joggers out running? It is painful to witness a jogger who looks like they are punishing themselves with exhaustion. Their faces are red and heavily breathe their sloppy run forward. Their posture is hunched and their facial expressions are of being tortured.
Do they really think they are benefiting their bodies by doing something that looks so detrimental?

I always start great and fall off the wagon by Wednesday and then say ah well I will start again on Monday. It cracks my partner up, he always asks why can u only start your diet on a Monday, lol.

Im a teenaged girl and I have been trying to slim down. But Im not that serious about it because it is purely vanity and isnt a big deal. But in the past week i have lost 5 pounds. I have been eating more than i usually do, for example i ate a dozen eggs in less than five days without even noticing until i counted them and thought about it. And I eat alot of cereal. I think i ate like 3 apples yesterday. What's going on?

I think of food 24/7!!! I eat when I'm happy, mad, sad, bored, and whenever else you can think of. I need help getting rid of my cravings. I am on an antidepressant and blood pressure medication so I prefer to not take anything to do this for me. Please help me I have gained almost 70lbs in the last 2 years. The only good thing about gaining weight is I finally have some boobs. LOL. Please help.

Such as drinking the shake for breakfast and lunch.. following it up with a lean meal..combined with exercising and diet pills(Smartburn)???Im talking allready prepared meals that are about 300 calories or less.. munching on a rice cake here n there.safe to do or just nuts?
