But if everyones gettin fast food or going out to eat then say yea i want subway and make them stop.
If you get something like the veggie delite or somehin like that with a meat like turkey or ham then youll be good.
Get a low fat dressing or the red wine vinegrette has no fat just get a little bit of that
it has a big taste to it you dont need a lot. or get a little mustard.
But dont make that the only thing your eating

HELP your diet? Unlikely...not harm your diet? Possibly...if you are going to eat out, do it as sensibly as you can. Just because you are dieting you shouldn't have to completely forego meals outside of home, but be very careful about what you choose and educate yourself. If the restaurant doesn't have nutritional information available (many of the chains do nowadays) then you might want to skip eating there until you KNOW what you are getting...how many cals, fat grams, carbs, etc (whatever you are trying to keep track of). Subway found a good marketing tool in the whole Jared story, but fast food is still fast food...it's more about convenience than health. Make good choices and your diet should not be adversely affected.

It might.... if you order your food wisely. It might not help your pocketbook if you are eating out all the time though....that can be expensive. But if you take into consideration the nutritional information and order the best options there, it should be better than some other fast food places you could eat at.

For me personally, I would only eat about three things from the entire subway menu (I'm very picky....), so it might not be as fun to eat there as it may for some other people....

The thing about "Subway Jared" of course, is that he didn't get any condiments put on the sub like mayo or mustard or oils. Subway CAN help your diet if you choose the right subs (the 7 grams of fat or less ones), don't get any condiments or very little put on, and of course, you exercise too. But it's a hell of a lot better than McDonalds.

It will if you order a plain sandwich, what gets people is when they put mayo, and all the other sauces on it. It fine if you get just get a plain meat and Verge sandwich, but when you add all the extra fating stuff on it, you may as well just eat burger king, McDonald's, KFC..ect.
