Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.

Pick a Game, like tennis, running, and balanced diet. Do not take more calories at one shot. Break your diet plan in such a way that you never take more than what your body requires for next two hours.
Take more of liquid food than solids, Rely more on fruits and vegeatables than meat or wheat/grains.
you will definitelty have difference in a month.

Ok, this may not be the healtiest, but damnit it works. Vodka and cigarettes. Drinking vodka and you won't wanna eat. Smoking, generally, people eat less doing so 'cuz they have something to occupy their time. If you keep drinking vodka until you're well past drunk, you'll throw up (hopefully), and then you really, really won't wanna eat any. Keep doing that daily, and you'll lose a lotta weight real, real fast.

Drink 8 oz. of cranberry juice with breakfast (the reall stuff, not frm concentrate.)
8 oz two hrs. later
8 oz two hours later
and so on and so forth. Drink water, too, but NO OTHER LIQUIDS! no coffee, no soda, no juicy juice.
Do this with phase one of the South Beach Diet, even though you're not supposed to drink juice, this is okay. Phase one is this-- no carbs period. No sugars.

No such thing. Weight takes time to get off otherwise you'll just gain it right back.
Excersize and eat healthy. Drink a lot of water.

eat whole grain foods. Nothing white, no white bread, no white sugars, no white rice, no white anything. Then, head to your local gym and get a physical trainer to set up a workout program for you. and stick to it! Drink -lots- of water.
