I could type a book on this one. But I will keep it real short. Junk food is usually filled with sugar and empty calories. This leads to obesity. Obesity could lead to diabetes. Being obese is also VERY hard on your heart. I would say the two quickest ways to an early grave is to smoke or eat junk food to the point where you become obese.

It makes your stomach have to process too many categories of substances all at once and it leads to many disfunctions of it and of the vital organs (heart, liver, etc.).They are also rich in many substances that are added for food preservation, colour, certain tastes, all unhealthy and some even deadly or cancer producing on long term. Please be careful what you eat, even if you think it tastes good. You only get one body in this lifetime. It's your responsibility to take care of it and feed it properly.

Because our bodies don't have Mcnugget - CocaCola - or French fry needs. Everything you consume becomes a chemical reaction within your cells. You don't put water in your gas tank for your car - it won't run! Same for us. Eventually - you won't run either.

Junk food is processed, re-fined carbs, sugars, fat, etc....technically crap we don't need in our bodies. Sure, they obviously taste ****** good and that's enough to keep us eating them, but they aren't good FOR us.
