What would happen to a 13 year old who is lifting weights?

you can just dont be obbsesive.And make sure your eating enough calories so you still grow properly. you dont want all of your growth to go into your muscles then youll end up being a muscular midget. eww

u can do it but dont lift more than 30 pounds

im not sure.i heard that you are not suposed to be lifting waits till u go through puberty.(SO it depends where you are).
