My current weight is 160 and I am 5'8. I really want to be able to feel comfortable in the bathing suit my fiance got me, but can't with my currnt weight. Currently I run/ walk everyday, but there are still places that I really want to tone up more such as my stomach and thighs and the runs/walks aren't cutiing it. What type of things can I do at home that don't require me to join a gym? How do i get rid of this belly and thunder thights???? Help me please!!! (^_^)

I want to stop this diet... and want to get back to my normal life because due to a fear of gaining the weight all back i have started purging if i fear i ate too much, and am constantly worried about gaining weight.... I lift weight and run very hard 4 days a week...and want to continue to gain muscle mass... but i was just wondering how i can get off my diet without gaining weight... i want to go back to the way my life was before ... any help would be great..

Yesterday I increased my workout and ran a few more miles I normally would and worked a little more with weights and now I have really sore thighs and biceps. Is there anyway I can do something to quickly reduce my soreness so I can get back to my workout pain-free tomorow morning?

Have any of you ever suffered/currently suffer with swelling in the legs/ankles that seems to get worse during the hot summer days?
I have been dealing with this for the past year, and I cannot get relief, I have been to the DR who gives me water pills that do nothing, I have tried several things, cut out salt, drink more water, drink less water, walk more/ walk less, I cannot get it to stop, I know I need to drop some lbs but I can't stand to walk after awhile because my legs hurt..
any suggestions?

is it just me, or does anyone else think that drinking water first thing in the morning tastes really gross
why is that?
i mean, i drink a lot of water throughout hre day
but in the morning...................i dunno, its just ew

I am 45 yrs old and have been fighting my weight since I was in high school. I excercise regularly but let's face it, at 45 the weight doesn't want to come off. I am completely burned out killing myself with excersise and dieting with minimal results. I do not qualify for gastric bypass because I have only 55 lbs to lose. Please do not write me back and lecture me on eating right and weights and blah blah blah. I have done it all. I just want to know if there is any kind of surgery out there that someone knows about. If there isn't, then I can accept that. I am not lazy I am just tired and fed up. I am also a pretty healthy person. Thanks for any info.
