I know how you feel. Anyways try protein drinks. Some are actually really good. And protein bars(oh how I miss some of them). Also try a lean hamburger...good in protien and not much fat. Also, excersise. That's right excersise. You need to gain weight in a healthy way. You don't want to go from lets say someone has 21% of fat and they may not gain wieght, they actually might loose it but gained fat from 21 to 28%. Also, potatoes help too. Try putting butter on potatoes but the good kind of butter possibly. Grab some chocolate chip cookies too. :)

I'm in the same boat, six feet 160 pounds. Yet to gain weight is not good for the heart. SInce you want to gain some, however, eat carbs - potatoes, bread, pasta, etc.

One of the quickest ways to gain weight, is to eat a pint of ice cream just before you go to bed. Try this for 14 days straight and check your weight.

I wanted to gain weight a long time ago also, and someone told me to eat ice cream at night. It really does work, the trick is to not eat too much of it.
