you're full but hungry because your body needs nutrients but you're not delivering them.
quit saying and thinking negative things like " I can't stop"
DECIDE. COMMIT. You are better than that.
Use a strategy of substitution: if you get ahead of the game by eating healthy stuff all day, if you PLAN and DO the right thing, you'll already be full, your body will have nutrients, and you'll be proud of yourself for doing such a great favor for yourself so you'll be stronger in resisting urges.
Also: THROW OUT the junk. Right now. AND DON'T BUY ANYMORE when you go to the store. At the grocery store, stay on the outside walls of the store, where all healthy stuff is - fruits, veggies, simple foods.
You can do it. I know you can. Because I did.

I have the same problem - always that hungry feeling! It helps me if I eat 6 small meals a day, have cut up fresh tomatoes, carrots, celery, etc. handy, drink LOTS of water (I drink the flavored kind) and (ugh) exercise! (I hate it) But I do use an exercise bike now because of my fibro and it really helps! I can only do about 2 min at a time but over the day, it adds up. And do stretching exercises or dance to a tape you like. I like to twist (this really shows my age). All of this does help and if you enjoy being outside, gardening works wonders! Oh, and, sorry guys, it is so NOT about will power. Until you experience that constant hunger that can drive you crazy, then you cannot realize how terrible this is to live with and work with.

Buy less, make less and eat less. Carry less money on you. If you over-buy, force yourself to put the right amount on a plate and throw the rest away. Drink two LARGE glasses of water every time before you eat (fills you up and no one really drinks enough water anyway). Throwing away food will piss you of b/c you're wasting money. Actually DO THAT a couple of times and you'll find yourself thinking about it at the drive-thru and buying less. BUT YOU'VE GOT TO TRY AND DO IT. You haven't yet - that much is clear.
All of those things worked for me when I wanted to quit eating fast food (and really processed food) period. I had to 'wean' myself from it, but it was soooo worth it. I dropped 15lbs in two months and felt amazingly better only a week after beginning to eat healthier.
I'd say good luck, but it's all in your control.

Portion control! USE A BOWL or DISH.
Put the food in the dish. Close the bag. Put the bag away. Take the bowl and enjoy the treat. There is no more then.
