I'm 15 and i heard too much mercury could mess you up.

I use a shaker, add the powder and milk and shake it like crazy but whenever i go to drink it the next day its very clumpy. I'm drinking the milk and chewing on the Muscle Milk powder. Any tips?

im 16, i eat alot, weight sumwhere between 126 and 132 5'9. I really want to gain weight. alot of men in my family are like this but when they get older they dont look skinny at all they look more like models( no homo) and have muscle mass. I also want to know why some girls dont really like skinny guys that look good.

I'm 13 and about 130 pounds. I want to lose 15 pounds. but i don't know how. my mom gets mad at me because i always want to change something about me. my hair and my body. but mostly my body. i want people to notice me. i want to stick out. yes, everyone tells me i don't need to but i want to. i want to really bad. i know i have time to grow. i am picky, so if i wanted a hot guy, i would have to be hot. right? well i just really want to lose 15 pounds. will you please help me by answering my question with your best answer. thank you so much.

Do I have to do ab exercises or is cardio enough. Should I try doing cardio for a while, and then start ab exercises, and why do I hate ab exercises. They hurt, and I can't stand it. Is there any easy ab exercises to get me started, and will I get fatter if I don't get rid of the stomach before I do them.

I run on a daily basis and i feel that im still not getting the results id like to see. I travel very fequently so its almost impossible to set up a routine other that running and basic situps and pushups.

Okay, I've been taking my friends adderall. and I hate it. I panic and can't sleep. Heartbeat is way too fast, and I can't focus. So I'm not gonna take anymore of it.
But one of my friends is a thief and they stole me a ton of pills from wallmart.
I got redline, and Mega-T, and meletonin.
I'm still coming off the adderall, so on saturday I'm gonna try some more of the pills to see what they do to me.
I don't like how adderall makes me feel, but I havn't slept or been hungry for a while, I had to force feed myself baby food because everything else is too hard to stomach. It's okay though because I'm doing this all for weight-loss anyhow.
I'm worriend that I might do permanent dammage to my system though. I'm only 13 and I'm kinda small. 5 foot 3 and 100 pounds. My goal is 85.
Thoughts?

Every day I go out at about 6:30 pm and run 2-3 miles. I also have other kinds of exercise in between there. I have a real sweet tooth, I eat like 20 things a day Im not supposed to. IE: Airheads, muffins, potato chips, chocolate, lolly pops... im 12 years old, 4' 9", and i weigh 81 lbs. is running 2-3 miles a day enough exercise? and how can i stop myself from eating so much junk food? anyone got any diet plans? thanks
