I use a shaker, add the powder and milk and shake it like crazy but whenever i go to drink it the next day its very clumpy. I'm drinking the milk and chewing on the Muscle Milk powder. Any tips?

I have a weak stomach for chewing protein powder, so your description sorta makes me want to gag. haha.

I would buy a cheap blender at Walmart. Shouldl take the clumps out in a hurry.

If you are putting the powder in first, try it the other way around. Shake it immediately after adding ingredients, don't let it sit while you put the milk away, etc. If that still doesn't help, mix it in the blender. I hate those clumps.
