Tuna can contain high levels of mercury, so can some other fish. Swordfish is supposed to be one of the worst for this. Two tins per day does sound like rather a lot.
I just searched and found this:- "Albacore has quite a bit more mercury than light tuna. There haven't been any definitive long-term studies on the accumulation of mercury from high levels of fish consumption, but all of the recommendations I've seen have advocated a can a day or less. Having said that, two cans per day probably isn't going to be too bad, but you might want to stick to one just to be on the safe side."

A recent study suggests that mercury levels in tuna are higher than reported in previous studies. For a child who weighs less than 130 pounds, no more than "one to three" cans of tuna for a week is recommended, and that only includes chunk-light tuna. For solid-light or white tuna, less than one can per week is preferable.
This was part of a study by Consumer Reports, which was making the claim that women in the early stages of pregnancy shouldn't eat tuna at all. It's worth pointing out that the tuna industry rejects the study.

Tuna Fish is usually quite rancid by the time it makes it to your table. Raw fish, for instance, when fresh, does not smell "fishy," nor do fish oil capsules when they are of high quality. Moreover, Tuna is higher on the food chain than the smaller, less toxic fish, and will accumulate mercury in its tissues.
Try eating more vegetables and fruit. Apples especially to ge out some of that mercury.

Unfortunately yes because of the mercury it is. You are still growing and developing at 15 better to have tuna several times a week and not everyday and especially not twice a day.
