The weightwatcher website requires something like $15/month for access to their food-points database and I do not want to pay that in addition to the $12/week I am paying at meetings. So are there other Free / online / excel / access databases of food-point values. I have all the books but they dont have everything.

Search google for a weight watcher's calculator. You put the calories, fiber and fat in it and it tells you how many points.

wow... that answer was soooooo uncalled for.

i'm looking for the same thing. i have a friend that has all kinds of books that offer information. i am going to borrow them from her. i just can't see spending money on a weight loss plan when i can get info for free
