Well, it will be mostly water weight. Best way would be to take a colon cleanser to eliminate bloating in your belly. Then you can simply drink tons of water, cut down a lot on the salt intake, and keep your calories between 1000-1400.

Relacore go to walmart it's about 18 dollars. I love the stuff. I've lost well I've gone from a size 18 to a 12. Started last year in July went off a month or two during the year and have still had success. The sad part is I haven't even exercised I have taken it as the directions say and cut back portions and it's worked great.

Drink a ton of water every day...like a gallon or more. And eat healthy but low calorie food and exercise

you will make your self sick and gain more back.if you lose to much at one time it will harm you . get on a plan and lose 2 pounds a week.that is the best way.

take dexatrim max 2o... i kno it works cuz thats wat im doin right now... you have ta exercise and eat health... and drink nothen but water... it sounds hard but its easier than you think.... i've been on tha diet for a week and 3 days and i can already tell a difference
