fresh veggies are the best for you, frozen and canned veggies have stuff added to them to preserve them, although frozen veggies have more vitamins added, but it's all about preference, i personally like canned over frozen, and fresh is always nice

Fresh is best. Frozen second best but if you have a choice go for fresh.

Canned vegatables are as good as fresh vegetables only if you cook with the entire juice content.

They aren't bad for you but fresh is best frozen is alright...so I guess the answer is no

no, fresh are best, and they taste the best, then frozen since usually not much sugar or salt, I really like canned corn though (probably the sugar and salt)

not at all. fresh vegies still contain all their nutrients and are FRESH. canned vegies genereally lose their nutrients (some of the nutrients tleast) and have unhealthy additives. plus the aluminum from cans isnt healthy for you either.

You need to check the sodium content on the can. Often salt is added as a preservative.

no not really caz the fresh r frozen caz it doesn't have they can stuff r smell
