I guess it depends on what you want to gain the weight for. If you're female and it's to increase your bust, sorry to say, you gain weight all over, not just in your boobs. If you're doing it to gain muscle, then you need a strict weight training regimen and lots of protein (whey is the best, I believe). The only other way that I know of, besides steroids, which are not healthy, is to take in more calories than you burn, which may or may not be healthy depending on how much you weigh now because extra weight puts stress on your organs. If you're underweight now, then getting up to a normal weight would be healthy.

As said previously, you should lift heavy weight, low repitition. Drink protein shakes, alot of them. You will add lean muscle mass and gain weight.

do muscle building exercises, as muscle is heavy. eat high protein, lower fat foods.
