Lots of water (you could just have water retention), smaller more frequent meals through the day, lots of fruits, whole grain bread instead of white, no sugar, walking at a quick pace once in morning, once at night for 20 mins each (keep that water bottle close and drink from it frequently).
No pepsi or such drinks, diet or otherwise.
Another way, specifically for short 3 day sessions only:
Morning bowl of fruit : cubed apple, banana, pear, blueberry, 2 hours later a a whey protein drink and an apple, banana or pear.
2 hours later another bowl of cubed fruits including melon, water melon, strawberry, blueberry mixed in plain yogurt. 2 hours later a serving of grapes, 2 hours later for dinner a salad with oil and lemon dressing (Pure virgin Olive Oil oured over with lemon juice sprinkled on top). Snack 2 hours later and before retiring, fruit of your choice. Feel free to mix and change the types of fruits in the bowl each day.
Throughout the day water, water, water. Drink minimum 8, 8oz glasses. By end of 3rd day you really are hopeful not to see another fruit for awhile :) but this one does work and I use it when I want to shrink down for a special night, you will most likely have those jeans looking might fine on you. By the second day, you should see results ... the above should only be done for 3 days max at a time...

If you drink lots of water and restrict your Calories (or fast) you will lose weight, but it will mostly be water weight that will come back.
No matter what anyone says, DO NOT use laxitives. Magnesium Sulfate, when taken in large doses, will have the same effect without the nasty side effects of laxatives.

In all honesty, don't expect to lost massive weight, it will all be water weight. But, to fit into your jeans you should be able to lose about an inch if you just stay with only veggies and fuit and TONS of water. Just be sure to take vitamins and ONLY do it for this one time. Do not continue doing this.

You can achieve a fast (but temporary) weight loss by losing fluids, essentially by dehydrating, through exercise and cutting down on salt (which makes your body retain water). Obviously, if you'll party hard or drink much alcohol, that will give you a hangover.

Drink 8 oz of cranberry juice 8 times a day. for two days Just that. Nothing else. and it can not be from concentrate, or you'll just gain. Check the ingridents to make sure there's no fructose, corn syrup, or high fructose corn syrup. No artificial sweeteners, either. It's great for your immune system and especially for us women...but it doesn't taste good. lol.

clear out you system with water, or vinager water mix, then do what it takes to sweat a lot, excersise.
