There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Its possible to lose more than 10. My idea is to skip one meal a day for about 4-6 weeks. I suppose you skip dinner and have a big lunch. Running will help along with losing lots of calories.

Yes-I did. And this time, I'm going to keep it off. I lost 36 pounds-the healthy way-since Dec. 1st. I was 166 lbs, 5'5, and a size 14 was getting tight. Now, I am 130 lbs, and a size 4 is perfect for me. The first month, I started eating Weight Watchers meals. I ordered the books on EBay, and didn't join the group. I lost 10 lbs the first month, and started being a lot more active. I joined a gym January 1st, and I go every morning from 5:30 - 7:00 am. What they say is true--if you exercise (religiously), and change your eating habits, you will loose weight. I do a lot of cardio, and machines. I also think that exercising in the AM, after fasting all night, makes your body able to use the stored fat first. Drink lots of water! Good luck!!!!

First of all....it's proven that if you lose more than 2 pounds a week, it's weight that you won't be able to keep off....But I know it's possible to lose 10 pounds in a month if you don't necessarily want to keep it off.

yeah there is a way, don't eat fatty foods, exercise everyday (gym, bike paths, ect.) I mean you can do all kinds of things. But before you kno it, you can lose more than 10 pounds. When you exercise excercise 30-45 minutes per day...if you want to go longer you can. That is all up 2 you.

I have been losing weight my whole life with my heaviest being 360 lbs. I lost 19 lbs in 2 weeks. And even after losing most of my weight on a basic starvation diet and knee crippling exercise I knew this was the answer. I have never been below 25% BF. I have never looked as healthy as I do. I have never had the confidence that I have now. I have never felt as good as I feel.

I usually lose 10 pounds in a month I go to the gym 5 times a day and sometimes in the morning i know that might sound a little too much but thats just how I like to work out and for breakfast I eat egg whites with spinach or sometimes I'll eat some oatmeal then for lunch I don't really get that hungry so I'll eat a 80 cal Greek yogurt with a granola bar and a string cheese for dinner I'll eat salad but instead of using ranch dressing or Italian dressing I use avocado with some chicken breast , corn , cucumbers and carrots. Or sometimes I'll eat steam vegetables you can also eat some chicken breast for dinner it has a lot of protein and is very good for you. Also drink water and eat fruits everyday . Stay away from soda and sugary drinks !! Hopefully this helps and I think you'll be fine good luck !

Depending on your body weight yes. For an average size person you don't want to lose more than 1-2lbs. a week. Any more than that and you are probably just losing water weight or even muscle. There are about 3500 calories in one pound of body fat. So if you burned 500 more calories than you ate each day, that would be your 3500calories. So to lose 10lbs you would have to average 2.5lbs/week. Don't forget to drink lots of water.
Forget any fad diets like South Beach or appetite suppressors. Those are for lazy people who want results with no effort. And usually they don't last. Try just cutting a few calories out, and adding a little more exercise or activity everyday and your goal will be reached.
