Yes it is. You might want to up your cardio to 30 min. But always do it after you lift to promote mucles growth, and burning fat.

no, i don't think that's a good idea at all, maybe doing cardio as a warm-up and cool-down, but not a whole cardio exercise right when your muscles need to rest. you need to eat carbs and protein right after you lift.
no, if you want to lose fat, run in the morning on an empty stomach, when you wake up, that's what i do. then workout in the afternoon. just don't forget, you need to eat right after you workout, or your whole workout will go to waste. (lifting weights just tears apart the muscles, eating is what makes them bigger)
also, the other answerers didn't really completely think about what they said. of course combining cardio and lifting is good, but they didn't answer your specific question.

If you do cardio alone without some other type of exercise before, it takes your body about 20 minutes before it starts to burn stored fat for energy. Before that time, you are utilizing blood glucose for energy primarily.
But if you weight lift before you do your cardio, your will reach that point where the body starts to burn fat for energy a whole lot quick. So definitely do your cardio after lifting in order to help lose body fat.

YES! This is the best way. 5 -10 minute warm up on a bike, to get the blood flowing - then weight training - then your 20-30 minute cardio.

i have lost weight faster if i lift before i do cardio. and i gain a lot of muscle as well. i lift for 45 minutes and then do an hour of cardio. also, watch your eating style as well. eat a healthy, high nutrient dense, bright colored, high fiber, high grain, lean protein foods. make sure to fuel your body as it needs the calories to maintain itself. muscle burns more calories even at rest. good luck

Circuit train or super sets will help with muscle gain and then you can skip the cardio side of the workout

weight lifting and cardio are perfect. Try to add some flexibility training as well.
