I run 5k about 4 times per week on a treadmill. I average 9.5 min. miles. I use poor sprinting shoes as well. Will improve my time if I switch to running outdoors and with running shoes.

I just want to average 8min. miles nothing crazy.

everyone is now saying i look so dark and tan and kinda sick. u were so much better before. i wana lose weight but dnt wana look so dark and tan and dead. what should i do. i do eat healthy diet so that doesnt work. i need some product or formula or anything to apply on my face to make it look fresh and radiant. can anyone help???

I know that you're supposed to eat one gram of protein per pound you weigh. I weigh 110 lbs. but sometime eat more than 110 grams of protein a day. As long as I keep my calorie consumption at a reasonable level, is it ok to eat this much protein (like 140-150 grams)?
