Ok. i'm 18, and i weigh 130 but i'm 5'5'' and very skinny or supposedly that's what everyone tells me. they say i could gain some weight if anything. however i'm not satisfied with my body. what's a good diet i could do? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

NOT EATING IS THE WORST. You will prolly loose 10 pounds the first week if you start eating right. You didnt post how you eat at all. so its kind of hard. If you could walk 1/2 hour a day and maybe eventually lead into working out. ur muscles will eat your fat. High Protein is important. Stay away from white carbs and sugar. I know you dont want to heae this but, You have to understand there is no such thing as a diet. It is a way of life. you will have to continue to eat healthy or you will gain wieght back and become extremely unhealthy.



Well this is important you should be eating at least 5 meals a day. Snacking is bad. If you wanna snack snack on soy beans or sunflower seeds or things with higher protein. you should not eat carbs after 5. This is important. If you are constantly out and running around pack something that you can munch on. or if you can make a sandwich with wheat bread. You could grill chicken for the week and keep it in the fridge. If you like tuna make tuna or chicken salad. Easy on the mayo. But this is healthier things to eat.

How about a healthy balanced diet without processed foods, and with plenty of good stuff!

If you have the resolve to go on a diet which means depriving yourself of a lot of the foods you like and leaves you unhealthy, why exactly do you not have the resolve to eat healthily and exercise, and even have a cheat day once a week where you can have anything you like in the world to eat?

Weight watchers is the best, but be careful about weight loss, there's a lot of pressure from society to be extremely thin, it's not good, not attractive and just downright not healthy . . the better thing would be to look in the mirror everyday and tell yourself that you are perfect just the way you are, beautiful, confident and desirable, and believe you me, that has absolutely nothing to do with weight . .

I'm an 18 year old guy and I think that at our age, stuff like lots of fruit is good. I think exercise is the best thing to be honest, then you will eat the food that makes you feel good after your exercise, which will be the healthier options. If you exercise, you really cannot stand to eat the wrong foods and they will make you feel sick.

I think thats a good wieght for you. i wouldnt be worried about diets at 18 years old.im sure you look great,listent to what people say to you,im sure they are right.
