Diet pills always have that fine print: Use with exercise and a healthy food intake, or something to that effect. They aren't really doing anything.
You may see some dramatic and fast results from starving yourself, but besides it being dangerously stupid, in the end, you'll get better results from a more traditional diet.
What I mean is that your metabolism will grind to a screaching halt if you starve yourself. That will cause you to have less energy, and LOSE LESS WEIGHT.
If you think you need to lose weight, first, see your doctor. Our culture and society has totally skewed our perspectives. Do you realize that most celebrities are dangerously skinny and emaciated? You might not need to lose weight.
But if your doctor says you do need to lose weight, then you could try some programs like weight watchers or Jenny Craig. And exercise more. I like weight watchers because you actually learn how to change your eating habits into healthy ones so you MAINTAIN your weight loss.
I'd also suggest seeing a nutritionist, because I get the sense that you DON'T understand how to effectively lose weight (if you even need to at all), and they can educate you.

Both of the methods are not suitable.
Pills have harmful side effects.
Starving weakens you and you become unfit in daily life and also are easily attacked by infections and other diseases.
Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?
1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.
Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).
And at the top of all:
Walk at least 40 to 60 minutes, once, twice or thrice a day.
You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back intended for seconds. But hang on! Stop to get a minute and suck on extra strong mint. The flavour will certainly put you off that 3 rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Unless you are trying to make weigh in for some boxing tourney it matters not how much weight you lose via starvation - you will gain most back immediately after resuming eating

Diet pills only curb your appetite. If you can willfully starve yourself, theoretically you'll achieve the same results.
