no...any soda or anything containing
aspartame will cause
epilepsy
birthdefect
brain tumors
and diabetes..
and actually, if youre a kid, then diet is worse.

Diet pop contains zero calories... therefore it won't add any flab to you. It is similar to drinking water in terms of weight gain.

Do they magically remove fat: no. They are not fat burners.

Of late, there have been some studies which seem to indicate that diet pop drinkers are more likely to binge on sugary sweets. The fake sweetners in diet pop seem to trigger a desire for the real deal. I think the jury is still out, but it is something to be aware of.

Diet pop is also tough on your teeth and (in my opinion) the jury is still out on the safety of long term use of artificial sweetners.

Nope, its a pretty useless little thing to be honest, and people treat it like a magic bullet.

In reality it puts your muscles into a catabolic state, not allowing them to repair, and making weight loss, muscular gain, and general health a very hard thing to follow.

well, they're calorie free, but if you don't do the other tihngs that are needed to lose weight, drinking diet alone won't do much for you.
