Well, ill be honest with you, not one person is satisfied with there body, no matter how built up or pretty of a form they have, it makes it so we strive to do better always. Now you can just eat, and run, particiculary paintball will help those mucscles your looking for, cause your addrinalin is pumping and your alway hauling butt trying not to get shot. Now some girls are thin around the teenage age, but once you hit colledge, dramatic things happen quick, and i mean quick. I drink ensure drinks and those little protrein chocolate drinks which i must comment on... they are goooood, nice and tasty. Just be patient your body may be still developing, see it as a vessel, that houses yor conscoious your job is to make sure your vessel is as good as it can be... so get at it. and i pray for luck for you.

This is gonna sound funny maybe but try to do exercises to tone your butt. Try yoga or pilates--those types of exercise are great for muscle toning all through your body. As for getting more curves, I'm not sure. Good luck tho! :)

first, if you're younger than 18, your curves won't really begin to show until then. You can engage in some light weight training for those areas, to make your muscles in those areas more defined and adding some padding(muslce-building). Try eating some more carbs and protein, but don't overdo it.
Here's a hint....everyone has something they don't like about their bodies....even supermodels, so you're not alone. Be happy you're you and one of a kind.

Lift weights. Nothing looks better than a thin girl that puts on some muscle. And don't worry you won't look manish or anything. Because you're thin it will show your tone and muscles nicely and make your body look FIT rather than just THIN.

try some light weight lifting and make sure you are eating enough fat & protein. But really learn to love your body type. I was always trying to get your thin body type by constantly starving myself but it wouldn't work. I learned to accept the body type I have (which is very athletic). THe important thing is that you're healthy.

well if thats how ur body is u can't do anything really unless ur gonna gain weight when u get older or pregnant. you can try to get muscular toned in the arms so u won't look all lanky. i'm slim but i'm not thin as hell and i have an athletic body

Work out. If you talk to a personal trainer or somone else in the know he or she can suggest good exercises to get you what you'd like. Also, clothes can do work miracles as far as creating the illusion of shape. Other than that, embrace what you've got.

Work out and eat more. You should find some kind of vigorous exercise like aerobics or a sport that you enjoy. Appetite always increases after exertion so you'll feel like eating a ton after you've exercised.

You have to exercise, I have no butt either and I hate that, the only way is to exercise, eating more will only put weight on the wrong places. Eat sensibly and exercise daily.
