ok i know that i am really really overweight.. and i want to do something about it.. i am doing it not only for myself.. but for my bf that is in iraq.. i want to surprise him for when he comes home.. oh and also.. does anyone know if that billy blanks bootcamp works good or not.. oh and pilates.. please help!!! thanks

Try out slow by just walking......that will be a good start. Cut back on the quantity that you eat at one time. Add more fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Remember to always consult your doctor. Good luck. Boy won't he be surprise. All the tapes work if you are consistent.

all the workout tapes work if you actually do them. as long as you get your heart rate up, anything will work. first thing you need to do is to get your diet in shape. it won't matter how much you exercise if you eat horrible. at 5'3 and 200, you should start out slow like the other person said. try fast walking for like 30 mins or more and slowly work up to more demanding things. weight training will also help a lot.
