Unhealthy

Eating once/day is horrible for your metabolism. It will slow down and store everything you are eating into fat, because your body thinks it is starving! Its best to eat up to 6 healthy, balanced meals each day!

Running everyday is healthy - keep up the good work

You dont need to lose weight! Your BMI is 21, which is in the ideal range but getting very close to being underweight. Most people should shoot for a BMI between 23 and 26 (**unless they are serious athletes or bodybuilders, because BMI doesnt take muscle into consideration**)

Yes you would lose weight and yes it is unhealthly. Have you ever tried eating a small breakfast and lunch such as fruit and a a meal shake. Your body needs energy or it will shut down on you. Have at least 3 meals a day. You are still young, you need more energy than someone over 20

Running is a great source of exercise. My hat is off to you as you are going to get fit, look great, and being in great cardiovascular health. To be a successful runner, you are going to need fuel -- food.

Your diet plan is in shambles though. What you are doing is starving yourself, slowing your metabolism, and then flooding your body with food. Your plan encourages fat retention, slow metabolism, and binge eating. Not good.

I recommend eating 6 smaller meals (250 - 350 calories each) spaced evenly throughout the day. Each time you eat, you are giving yourself energy and stoking your metabolism (a good think).

Use a website such as http://www.fitday.com to monitor your calories and your activities. They have charts to show where you are in regards to your height (whether you are over weight or not).

I don't think you are fat either, so I am a bit concerned about your drastic decision about your food plans.

Feel free to drop me a line if you need more advice.

Good luck.

You need to eat three meals a day. It's what you eat, not how often. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Nope, in fact you will GAIN weight.

This is how sumo wrestlers diet to get themselves up to their peak physical condition.

healthy permanently. If you follow a healthy diet and exercise adequately, a nice little side effect of it is a good body.

PS: Person above me, they won't even lose weight in the short term.

You are actually already at your target weight. If you feel that your body is too flabby in some spots DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT, just do some target exercising to tone the muscles in that area.
