ok i know you are not supposed to take weight loss pills but what is the best weight loss pill that gave you results.

Have two or three days without dinner and-or lunch. This does kill anyone and it really works.

I don't know of any pills...but they say you burn 500 calories whenever you have sex. I recommend trading lunch and dinner for a good 1 to 2 hour roll in the hey. I suspect you need to be the active participant to gain these results but if you do this until July, I bet you will lose the weight. You cannot lose 20 pounds in 4-6 weeks safely. So don't even try.
Pills don't work. Eat a well-balanced diet of lean protein, whole grains, fruits & veggies and a little fat. Exercise moderately for at least 1 hour every day.

no not the pills this is a quick fix and you tend to put the weight back on fast. im on a fast weightloss plan with excercises and im losing fast but very healthy
