Not per day, per WEEK.

If you are doing high intensity workouts, one major workout of a few muscle groups per day (over four days is the norm) with 3-5 sets its the key. Per set also, you should be doing about 8-15 reps.

if you do tons of forearm exercises per day, you'll end up ******* yourself up.

Here are a few lists of exercises you can do:

Dumbell twists: Dumbell in hand, twist your wrist up and down! Exciting!

Reverse grip close hand pullups: Exactly as it says on the tin

I'm afraid other than that i cannot think of any right now, but they are both very effective exercises, and as you find them easier, start adding more weight! Wahey!

I'm surprised you don't already know this....masturbation is the best workout for your forearms. At least 18 times a day. Make sure you switch off to get even muscletone.

For bigger forearms, I recommend reverse curls, wrist curls, hammer curls, and farmer walks. Here are some exercises that you should try:

Be patient, this muscle doesn't grow overnight and will probably grow in line with your biceps.
