Ok, so please read my story and tell me why this happened?
Today for breakfast i had a cup of coffee [with sugar] and a big bowl of Special K cereal with 2% reduced fat milk. then i went to the gym and weighed myself there it said 143 pounds. then i ran for about 20mins, about 100[on each leg] of this one machine, and 50[for arms] machine and then ran half mile and walked half a mile.
then after my workout i drank lots of water&half of a banana and i weighed myself again and it said 141.5 pounds.i worked out for only about 1 hour!.
and i i was wearing the same outfit and haden't gone to the restroom yet so i dont get it..cause i thought you had to burn 3,500 cals to burn on pound. so how and why did this happen?..
i mean it is a GREAT thing for me but im just very..confused?? lol
please help!
then i came home and ate a bowl of lettuce and a tomatoe[lemon&salt]
&Later on i plan to eat a can of tuna[plain] and 1 wheat bread slice.
&more more more water!&some green tea,
ya or no?
