I recently started working out, and my leg muscles are killing me!
I tried soaking in an Epsom Salt bath, which didn't really seem to do anything...anyone know of better remedies for sore muscles?

stretching after exercise will help a little. when you are new to exercise there really isn't much you can do. there is a supplement called L-Glutamine that also helps a little to reduce soreness. you can take 10 grams before and after exercise.
