I'm 16, and I used to be able to eat anything and keep a twig-like figure. Now I've watched myself get bigger, not totally though. I'm 5' 6'' and weigh about 130 lb. I have flabby abs and the beginings of love handles!!! I also have large thighs and my butt is getting big. I do lunges daily as well as some sit-ups, but the sit-ups hurt my back badly, and I can't do more than 15 without a lot of pain.
I know I don't have a lot to lose, but my friends and family are starting to tell me I've been gaining weight, and I am starting to get really worried about my figure because even my best friends are telling me I'm getting big! Help with exercises or any ways to cut out calories. I don't drink soda unless I'm going out to eat, and that's like once every other week.
