Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet but there is nothing you can do to be taller. A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.

There is surgery where you can have your leg bones separated and plates put in to lengthen your bones but this is only done for those of severely less than normal height. It is also very painful with a long recovery period. It is very extreme surgery and involves a very extensive recuperation.

HGH, human growth hormone, is usually only administered when doctors diagnose a growth hormone deficiency, not just because you want to be taller. However, there are always some doctors who will do whatever you want. For HGH, you must be under the age of 20.

FYI, if you can find a doctor who will do it. Be prepared to spend oodles of money! HGH is usually injected into the abdomen 12 to 14 times per week for 3 to 7 years, at a cost of roughly $10,000 to $20,000 per year.
