Get in touch with the manufacturer of Nuva Ring such as thru their website and it should have a listing of countries that this product is available in. If not look for a "contact us" on the website (which I think is nuvaring.com) to see if you can find out if it is available in Italy and if they have a list of drs for there that might give you a prescription for it.
