Ok! I am sooo sick of yo-yo dieting! Gosh! I dieted for a month, and then went back to my old ways. Now, I restarted my diet on Monday, and have already today went back to my old ways! I'm having the biggest trouble losing weight. Can you please give me exersices/meal ideas, and most of all, motovation. This is going to be the LAST day I yo-yo diet! So, I'm going to eat my tostada and brownie, for the last time for a loooong time!

Soy has estrogen in it!
Does this mean that Soy has estrogen in it?!?! Does that mean...?
That a child at a young age such as 12 or 13 may err, get bigger breats or butts than would be considered natural?
Does it start early puberty or something?

My bf of 2 yrs just broke up and our parents find out that we have had sex. We are planning on getting back together at the beginning of next school yr. It will be our senior yr. It is so ackward that they know and he apologized to my mom and said Im sry for violating your trust and having sex with your daughter. ever since lik e january or february....i started taking showers in the morning and then leaving within the next hour and it was cold outside...but i got a cold and very minor pains in chest....i went to a doctor and he told me to get amoxicillin and gaifenensin....then i wasnt taking it at regular times like i might forget a day or take it once a day...now i feel like i have phlegm in my throat it was bad like a week ago or more but i started the gaifenesin up again and its just clear mucus and i just took a amoxicillin......but sometimes i will sit in a position for a while like my head down on a desk or stretch my arms back and i will get a 1 second sharp pain in middle of chest....this doesnt happen all the time though...what is it... i dont have a cough but if i do happen to cough it sounds like i have a cold??????will this go away if i keep taking amoxicillin...i got a ct scan for lower ab minor pains and stomach pains but nothing showed up...what is it?
i j/ hope its not cancer

I'm trying to get in better shape for prom, just lose a few pounds here and there. I usually jog 2 miles a day, but I think I can do better, but I'm not sure what to set my goals at. Also, to get better abs, what workouts should I do? I need mostly lower ab workouts.

I love seeing the dentist. I was wondering how to address the dental assitants and the hygenist. I know their first names but sees too imformal. Is it okay to call the hygenist "doctor" or is that incorrect. And for dental assitants? There are several when I go and can't usually say "hi" because my mouth is being worked on but I would like to thank them but don't know what's the proper adress.

I was playing golf ( 1st time) and I think I injured my hand. I have a high treshold for pain so I can't tell if I fractured or have some soft tissue damage. The pain is coming from the trapezoid, trapezium, and scaphoid (area) bones in my hand.

There is no swelling or redness so I'm waiting till next week to see the Dr.
