Ok! I am sooo sick of yo-yo dieting! Gosh! I dieted for a month, and then went back to my old ways. Now, I restarted my diet on Monday, and have already today went back to my old ways! I'm having the biggest trouble losing weight. Can you please give me exersices/meal ideas, and most of all, motovation. This is going to be the LAST day I yo-yo diet! So, I'm going to eat my tostada and brownie, for the last time for a loooong time!
