Ok! I am sooo sick of yo-yo dieting! Gosh! I dieted for a month, and then went back to my old ways. Now, I restarted my diet on Monday, and have already today went back to my old ways! I'm having the biggest trouble losing weight. Can you please give me exersices/meal ideas, and most of all, motovation. This is going to be the LAST day I yo-yo diet! So, I'm going to eat my tostada and brownie, for the last time for a loooong time!

Now, you can have your occasional chocolate, french fries and hamburger as a reward ... but you have to exercise daily.

That means eating well most of the time, exercising for an hour per day (get up early if you have to) and rewarding yourself periodically (about once a week with something naughty). The reward might cost you 1000 calories more than you would otherwise have consumed. That's a good hour of strenuous exercise.... so do an extra hour on Saturday afternoon.

Yo-yo dieting is a big no-no. Starting and stopping diets is not the main problem. It is that dieting will decrease metabolism, if you drop the calories low. I've learned that the best way to diet is to develop a routine that you can stick to. Find healthy foods that you enjoy. Anyone can find a healthy food that the love. Even my brother, whose favorite food is pizza with extra cheese, has managed to find some. I know that it'll take much longer to lose weight, but it's best to do. And later, your body will thank you when your BMR is 1600 and not 1200.

There is only one reason for a yo-yo diet----YOU. You have to cut back on the amount you eat, and increase the amount you exercise.

you aren't doing the right diet. diets will work but unless you make a life change you will jsut go back to the way you were before. make small cahnges that you cna live wiht and get a close friend to do it with you. you can help eachother

I know sometimes it is hard! Start working out at a gym. I find i work out better if i have a TV in front of my face LOL

i said the same thing to myself yesterday and then i had a starbucks mocha today. hmm... why is it so hard?!!!
