hot compresses to bring it to a head...
swab with a skin toner and don't put your fingers on it until it is ready to pop.....

Depends on how fast. If you are going out in an hour, then use only ice packs to bring down any swelling and try to cover it up. Even use ice when you are out if you can do it when no one is looking.
If you have more time than that, try a hot washcloth which will bring it to a head fast and you then can extract it. Put on some talcum to stop any oozing. When you get ready to go out, wash your face and try some cover-up.
