If you were diagnosed as having severe depression and ADHD and you went to your physician to ask a health question and your physician walks out on you for no particular reason what would you do? How would you respond??

I would find another doctor

It would depend entirely on the response I received afterwards, since doctors are generalists, who are usually much better with physical ailments, and it could have been to have a quick look at the newest recommended treatments, contraindications as far as the various medications for multiple conditions, etc. ADHD: drink 4 cups of coffee daily and take a good quality Omega 3 fish oil supplement (see www.mercola.com). Get a different doctor. I definitely would not go back to this doctor. If you are seeing a counselor, they can recommend someone. That is the best thing to do. They will recommend a doctor who will work hand in hand with the counselor.

I am not sure how I would respond at the time. However, afterward, I would look for another doctor, have my records transferred and start being treated my someone else.

I would leave his office and report him to the board of physicians for his treatment of you then i would find a doc who would understand and take care of me
