Will 8 min abs, 8 min buns, or boxing help tone my lower back? If they won't can you tell me what will?

Yes, those exercises will help tone your lower back some, but if you really want to focus on strengthening and toning your lower back, try Pilates. There are several moves that are done in most Pilates videos that target your lower back. Good luck.

Hello! The boxing will do much more than the abs and buns work. This, along with proper eating habits, can decrease body fat. You cannot spot reduce, though. Fat will leave all over the body, not just in one place.

no...toning is the exact same thing as reducing the body fat. it is physiologically impossible to tone muscle, it is always tone. to expose the true shape of the muscles the body fat percentage must be reduced. you can't spot reduce fat through diet or exercise...

squatting , maybe lunges and try laying on your stomach with hands behind your head and do backward sit-ups .
