I know that diet pills aren't healthy, but when they say that the pills are fat burners do they only curb hunger to make it easier (but you still do the work) or do they actually do some "fat" burning themselves? Thanks!

no pills can burn any fat. you can lose fat only by doing cardio - sweating.

Even the best ONLY CURB HUNGER! A good aid that is hot right now online is Accomplia, Generic Rimonabant. I just ordered a supply from http://www.4-rx.net
How does it work? It controls the urge to eat. Many are calling this the "anti munchie effect." Acomplia works in the central nervous system by affecting the cannabioids receptors in the brain. Yes, the same receptors that give people the urge to eat when exposed to marijuana.

I think flax seed oil is the only thing that burns fat. The pills that make that claim usually have caffiene or ephedra in them to speed you up. Whether they burn fat or curb hunger would have to depend on the specific ingredients.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

If they say they are fat burners then they probably raise your metabolism just like caffeine.

If they curb hunger they are probably only sold by prescription, or are filled with fiber.
