Ok, so please read my story and tell me why this happened?
Today for breakfast i had a cup of coffee [with sugar] and a big bowl of Special K cereal with 2% reduced fat milk. then i went to the gym and weighed myself there it said 143 pounds. then i ran for about 20mins, about 100[on each leg] of this one machine, and 50[for arms] machine and then ran half mile and walked half a mile.
then after my workout i drank lots of water&half of a banana and i weighed myself again and it said 141.5 pounds.i worked out for only about 1 hour!.
and i i was wearing the same outfit and haden't gone to the restroom yet so i dont get it..cause i thought you had to burn 3,500 cals to burn on pound. so how and why did this happen?..
i mean it is a GREAT thing for me but im just very..confused?? lol
please help!
then i came home and ate a bowl of lettuce and a tomatoe[lemon&salt]
&Later on i plan to eat a can of tuna[plain] and 1 wheat bread slice.
&more more more water!&some green tea,
ya or no?

You lost a couple pints (pounds) of water 1/2 through sweat, and 1/2 through moisture in your breath. If you don't think there is water in your breath, just breathe on a cold plate that has been in the freezer.

Scales are not perfect, nor is the way we gain and lose weight precisely coordinated with our diet and exercise routine. You will see a difference over the course of a few weeks, and sometimes in a day. If the scale was accurate, your body was in the process of losing the weight before you weighed the first time, and it showed up by the second time.
In the past we were told only to weigh once a month, and just appreciate how we felt during the month. Recently I read an article that made a good point for weighing daily, at the same time. You can try each and see which gives you the best feeling, overall.
Don't worry about small changes. Women usually gain and lose 3 to 5 pounds a month, anyway, so you mustn't think so much about this, as long as your long-term goals are being met. Walk walk walk.

One possibility is that the scale you used is not very well calibrated. I get variable readings sometimes within just seconds of one another on certain scales.
