here's my problem: I think too much!!!! i think about EVERYTHING!!! and i worry about what EVERYONE thinks! i can't focus on tasks that matter,i'm a very intuitive person and i know it sounds weird but sometimes i know what ppl around me are thinking(it's true, my friends always ask me how i do it) and it drives me nuts!!!i even started talking to myself which is more like thinking out loud. and because i over analize everything i ende up not finding sence in anything which is bad.

You may want to look into Generalized Anxiety Disorder. What you are saying sounds like my boyfriend and he has that condition. I think you should find things relaxing to do to help take your mind off of things. Music and exercise is always great for these things.

You need to learn to focus.
You do this by training your body to focus first.
Your mind will follow along.
Every day find something heavy to pick up. A 5 gallon pail with water works well. Hold the pail whle keeping your elbows bent, your knees bent, and bent over a bit. Hold the pail for 1 minute. Your brain and body HAVE to focus on holding the pail in the air. This teaches your body and brain to focus on one thing. If you think about other things, you cannot hold up the pail!! Takes a number of days, but each time you do it, you will learn to focus more and more. And do some aerobics every day. The Step works very well. This gets your metabolism up so you will be at more peace with yourself.

Seriously, chill out Bra, y'all be just fine. I used to suffer them same, i think its coz i smoked da wacky backy myself, so if you do, then i seriously advice quitting right now. I do not anymore ofcourse. You just need to change your veiw on life a little. It really doesnt matter what others think most of the time. I would probably go see a doctor, maybe talk to a therapist, or a close friend. talking helps. the best thing you can do for yourself is realize you are normal bra. and your gonna be just fine, the more you worry the worse its gonna be. so get some rest. stop drinking cofee. or fizzy drinks, and eat properly. Im serious ok. you need to eat, cut down on caffine and rest. Hope this helps, best regards dude.

Maybe your real issue is an attention deficit that makes it hard for you to focus on one thing. An attention deficit also makes is so that there is no extraneous information, so you attend to everything rather than just on one thing. I speak of this because what you describe exactly what my twin brother goes through - he actually got help by doing some alternative treatments because he didn't want to go the drug route. He did interactive metronome (you can look it up online) and craniosacral therapy and he feels better than he ever has in his life.

You sound like you might be having racing thoughts right now. This is often an early sign that a manic-depressive (bipolar individual) is about to go out on a wild manic swing.

Used to happen to me, too. Haven't done it in years. Plain and simply; 'sense' isn't something one can find by thinking (worrying) about it.
It's more in the Listening. Then reflect a little about what was Heard.

It sounds like you have anxiety. Everything you have said points to stress. Talk to your doctor about these things and see if you can try a low dose anti-anxiety medication. It will calm your brain without making you numb or stupid. You will be able to concentrate and relax and think like "normal".

I'm a big "what if" type of person. All you can do is try and relax. Stop thinking too much. If you believe in God tell yourself, "i'm not going to worry, I'm not going to be scared, God is in control" It works for me.

My whole family does this. I think it's hereditary. Give yourself some small projects, probably physical, and tell yourself not to analyze until it's done. Commend yourself if you can manage that. Soon you'll find yourself actually enjoying real moments. Good luck!

It sounds like you should keep a journal, I write in one often and it helps me quiet my mind. Try not to worry about so much, it doesn't change anything except to darken your day. Good luck!!
