Okay, so, I just.. wondering, I'm like 15, and no one really ever taught me how to cook, I learned how to make eggs from reading some sites and.. rice,

scratch that

Is cooking hard for most people/when do most learn? I'm like strangely curious.

Okay here is the problem. I hard boil my eggs the same way each time (12 mins boil, and cool but not cold to peel). When I do this they turn out perfect. But there are times when I peel them and they stick to the shell, Why? Not just one but the whole batch will do this!!! LOL, I just ruined a dozen eggs for deviled eggs. Is it that the batch is bad? Any thoughts?

Every time I run a search I get results for all these super-fancy deviled eggs. I'm looking for a classic, simple recipe. Either the recipe its self, or a link to it, is just great. Thanks!

Its my first time cooking a turkey..... I didn't buy a timer, shame on me. It looks golden but I flipped it over to tan the other side. Is this okay?

Whenever I have made baked homemade mac and cheese, it always ends up dry. Is there a way to make it creamy even though it is baked. Thanks for your help.

I made a minced beef stew and used too much salt, it's bearable but I'd like to omit a little of the salt I added, is it possible??

So I went out and bought 5 pounds of regular maple glazed honey ham since I missed out on Heavenly Ham (everything seems to be sold out for the holidays). How can I properly heat it up (in the oven and on what temp. and how long)? I was also told not to put any glaze over it cause it might make it rubbery since it's already glazed in its prior cooking. What can I do to gaurantee its sweetness when I heat it up for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow?

I need to cook some sweet potatoes - I already have the canned kind. I also need to add the marshmallows to the top. Is it better to microwave them or bake them? And for how long? Thanks!

We are doing the Tony Ferguson diet which basically means all I can use to make our one meal a day is 120g of meat for me, 200g meat for hubby and a bunch of vegetables excluding corn/carrots/potatoes and legumes. As you can guess its been pretty boring so far, this is only day 4 for me and all we have been having is some steak or chicken with cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and some baby beans (I dont even think the baby beans are allowed!!) We can also use sauces as long as they are less than 5g carbs per 100mL. Please some creative kitchen genius, HELP ME!! We are so bored of these bland meals with the same old same old. I can make salad instead but its pretty boring also. I need some inspiration, I want to make something that tastes nice out of all this flavourless stuff

If I use an oven safe bowl and put a very small bowl in the middle, will it do the trick to create the fluted/bundt look? Or will the batter go under the middle bowl and ruin it?

What else do you suggest? My sil is all about things "looking nice"... and we're going there for dinner tomorrow. Help!

to replace it?
I can still use the range top and I have a small rotisserie, a small grill, a pressure cooker, a microwave oven and a grill.

I had a fire on my stove top while cooking French fries and the oil spilled in the oven (through a vent) and now my oven makes a lot of smoke if I use it more than 20 minutes. The smoke alarm goes on and the neighbors show up all worried.

I cannot clean my oven...it's self cleaning (and the manufacturer say not to use manual oven cleaning products) and when I programmed the 3 hours self-cleaning cycle, the smoke was thick and I could not turn the cleaning cycle off so I had to ask for help and pull the whole thing from the wall and unplug it!
