butter between the skin and the meat... so I did, now my turkey is looking burnt red in sploches... I am cooking it at 350. Is this ok? Or is my turkey now going to be burnt inside too? I don't want to take it out of the oven for another 40 minutes... if I do I will let all the heat out of the oven... then I will have to cook longer... ugh. its a 22 lb turkey.

I have two pans that I think are enamel, they're white on the inside and everything sticks. I just tried to cook some bacon pieces and even they stuck so bad I had to use oven cleaner to get it off. The last time I used one, I was boiling pasta and it stuck very badly as well.

We're trying to eat dinner earlier so that our toddler can stay up and eat with us, but as I don't get home from work until 6.30/7 three nights a week we've got to have a few more quick dinners to cook. We do stir fries, pasta dishes, or ready meals (!) at the moment - any more suggestions?

Trying to make someone a gift whose allergic to cocoa. I came across some white chocolate baking bars but have so far been unlucky in finding any recipes to attempt brownies with them. Tried one recipe with replacing baking chocolate for white chocolate; didn't work out too well. Any ideas / advice / links would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm making pumpkin cookies to bring over to my parents' house. Unfortunately, I'm out of both vanilla and cash (my paycheck hasn't hit my account yet). How will this affect my cookies?

I'm making sugar cookies, and the recipe calls for butter AND shortening (which I don't have). Can I substitute anything else (eg. more butter, olive oil, canola oil, etc)?

Thanks in advance!
