Ok, I have a 30 Lb turkey.....what degrees and how long do I cook it for?

Wow, you've got a BIG bird! Definitely 325F - for 4 1/2 to 5 hours for an unstuffed bird. Happy Thanksgiving!

350 degrees and 20 minutes per pound or approximately 10 hours with stuffing. There are many sites with charts for you too if you want to check your math. Just Google "turkey cooking times."

Better get that bad boy in the oven if you plan on having it today. A quicker method would be to grill it as it does not take near as long because the high indirect heat and because the bird is not stuffed.

Well, I'm going to assume that you are going to be eating a bit later than you'd planned, since your bird isn't in the oven yet! Heat your oven to 500 degrees and place your bird in there for 1 hour. Reduce the temperature to 325 and cook for approximately 17 minutes per pound.

30 lbs...geez you must feedin the troops in Iraq....lol

Set your oven at 325o and cook it till it pops ripe which could take about 8 hours give or take.
