Cook it an extra 30 minutes than you normally would if there are still ice crystals on the inside. Run lukewarm water through the insides for ten minutes before seasoning the cavity and stuffing it.

well depending on what you mean by slightly thawed,,..The more frozen the longer it will take to reach the proper internal temperature and the more dryed out the meat will get, most people quick thaw by immersing the bird in warm water for as many hours as it takes to be at the ice crystals only stage, changing water frequently to continue the thaw rather than just get ice water.....As long as when the bird is ready for the table it has a deep in the breast temp is 170 degrees and the legs move freely in the socket the bird is done. This may take 30 min per pound rather than the usual 20 to 25 min. The turkey can be covered tightly with foil to increase cooking
speed and decrease moisture loss but you may not be a nicely browned and pretty, and you definitely do NOT want to stuff the bird if you are trying to rush its cooking.
If you have a solid frozen turkey at noon on turkey day plan on a VERY late dinner......
If you are desperate you could take your hubbys chainsaw and cut the bird in two that would cut the time in half...
A little humor, but it is true........ ; )

Yes start out with the oven set at 200 degrees for about an hour then follow the directions. should be ok if it's just slightly frozen. Good luck & happy turkey day to you!

yes, you just need to cook it more or put the heat higher-I do that to-I don't have the time needed to pay attention to cooking carefully. This is a hint from Heloise-boil or baste in coffee. This meat will be so tender it will fall out. After 2 hours my chicken is tender-but it will obviously take you longer. Overnight or 5 hrs. at least. Also it is good for leftovers-you can have a feast again tommorro

Yes you can put it in the oven partially frozen but you will just have to increase the cooking time.
