I heard it's bittersweet chocolate but will it make the ganache sweet? Is it okay to use milk chocolate? What if you mix milk chocolate and bittersweet chocolate together? I have a bar of chocolate that's 70% cocoa.

For appetizers or deviled eggs. Or Traditional recipes that have been in your family for years. I like most anything. I am going to be moving into a new apartment in a few weeks and I am looking forward to breaking in my new kitchen. I love to make and eat mac and cheese.
I was wondering if anyone knows some good cheeses to add to homemade mac and cheese besides cheddar? could you also tell me what makes the cheese that you chose good? thank you.

I'm making a hot-fudge pudding cake:

but I'm only making 4 servings (1/3 of the recipe).
I also put it in a really big, wide mug (it has the capacity of a bowl but its a bit taller and less wide) instead of a 9x9 pan
The cooking time says 45 minutes...should I reduce the time, increase the time, or keep it the same?

I bought two frozen pie crusts and apple filling for apple pie. The filling thats already in a can. Ok now I need to know the steps to putting this together. Do I defrost the crusts first? Bake them? I dont know! Please help me A.S.A.P.!!!! thanks!
