Take a regular cream puff recipe (easy to find on the internet and very easy to make), but rather than making them into cream puffs, spread the dough out on to a cookie sheet as thin and evenly as possible. Sprinkle *lavishly* with cinnamon and sugar and bake until the whole thing puffs up. Serve immediately while hot and showy! Your guests will LOVE you. Make sure you follow the directions for the cream puffs - it looks hard when you read it, but it really isn't. TOO MUCH FUN AND TOO GOOD! (Slice in big diagonals across the pan and eat like pizza)

I love to cook Asian (Anything, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, etc) and one of my favorites is Chicken or Pork Katsudon........(it's a fried cutlet of chicken/pork, on a bed of caramalized onions and egg, on top of a bed of rice) and had not been watching my Asian ingredients in my secondary refrigerator (yes, guilty, we have 3 refrigerators in our home) At any rate, I had run out of Katsu Sauce, and I didn't have time to run to the Asian grocery (about 18 miles) so I poured through the plethora of cookbooks that I have and actually found a recipe for Katsu Sauce (true, it took an hour of searching, I could have driven to the store and back in that time) and it was a really weird combination, that I had to laugh at, but it worked just as well as store bought processed Katsu Sauce...........just for the record, here's the recipe (so simple, you can do this one in your sleep)

1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
2 Tbst Worchestershire Sauce

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients..........Try these on chicken fingers instead of Ranch Dressing.........really different.......Enjoy!!!

The first thing that comes to mind is my Mock Mongolian Grill. Use scallops and any two meats (I use Duck and Lamb) that you find interesting and grill them up with some sugar peas and peanut sauce. I alo sprinkle it with chili pepper. Then fry up some rice with egg and serve it all together.

When I was at school, one of my favourites lunches was a bread roll with mashed banana on it and topped with smokey bacon crisps. I loved it.

well I like ketchup and pickle sandwiches. Actually I like anything with ketchup, especially scrambled eggs. But my friend likes peanut butter and bologna sandwiches. I must say I haven't tried them but it sounds interesting...
