How to hard boil an egg:
Instructions
Step One
Place the egg in a saucepan.
Step Two
Run cold water into the saucepan until the water is 1 inch above the egg.
Step Three
Place the saucepan on a stove and cook over medium heat until the water begins to boil.
Step Four
Reduce the heat to low.
Step Five
Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 10 to 15 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
Step Six
Remove the egg with a spoon or ladle and let it cool slowly, or run cold water over it to cool it more quickly.
Tips & Warnings:
Use hard-boiled eggs to make deviled eggs or egg salad sandwiches.
Don't over cook your eggs, it can cause a green ring to appear around the egg yolk because of the iron and sulfur in the egg. This will not affect the taste of the egg, but overcooking will hurt the protein quality.
hope this helps. enjoy.

1. Place eggs in pot
2. Fill pot with warm or hot water just covering the eggs (takes longer to boil cold water)
3. Boil them for 10 minutes
4. Empty boiled water from pot and let the pot with the eggs inside sit under cold running water for a few minutes and then the eggs will be warm and easier for you to peel the shell of the egg.
(shell will come off the egg easier and will not stick to the egg if cooled down and easier for you to touch, just tap the egg on the side of your pot to crack the shell)

ok, you put eggs in a pot, you put enough water in the pot to cover the eggs, turn the burner on high, once the water boils, figure about 10 min. boiling time and you will have boiled eggs.

Just boil it for a long time, like 20-30 minutes. There's no way it won't be hard boiled. (just make sure you have enough water in the pan!!)

put the eggs and the pot, make sure water is covering it, and wait until it starts boiling, and when that starts, let it boil for about 5-10 minutes..depends on how high your stove is (if u have a gas stove)
