The easiest way is to cut off BOTH ends of the can after it's chilled, so you can push it out in one piece onto a nice serving dish and then slice it. I've never seen a recipe that changes the jellied cranberry sauce into something else - but it's Ohhh, Soooo Gooood the way it is! It's just totally different than cranberry sauce! And I love them both as well as cranberry chutney, etc.

Chill the can. Open the end and slide it out onto a nice serving dish/bowl.
Left over cranberry sauce is great on toast and peanut butter.
It is also good for left over turkey sandwiches. When you make your sandwich, add some left over stuffing/dressing and top it off with some of the left over cranberry sauce.
Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

yeah, you can just take it out of the can, cut it up, and serve it. If you have leftovers, you can put cranberry sauce slices on top of turkey for the after-Thanksgiving sandwich.

Put it in a nice fancy little serving dish and everyone will help themselves. You can spoon it out of the can to place in the dish.
You can add any leftovers when baking breads or muffins. Also good on a cold turkey/chicken sandwich.

If it is canned yes.
If you take fresh cranberries and sugar and some water and let it reduce you can make a fab sauce!

You can do alot with this. People make martini's with it, sauces for pork, chicken, duck, they add fresh berries, sugar, a whole pureed orange, and 1 cup of oj, cook it down for preserves, adding in pecans and Grand Marnier. You can freeze it with a simple syrup and make cranberry frozen ice. Yum. Its endless.

You can do all sorts of things:
Mix it with chunks of an apple and put some cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg on top.
Cut up an orange and save some zests of the peel and mix it all together.
Do both apple and orange and same spices and serve on lettuce.
Let me know if you want other ideas.
